We LOVE chocolate!!! And have created our favourite childhood memories, and inspirations in a healthier way using raw cacao. More importantly, our cacao is Organic and Fair Trade, supporting sustainability for the farmers and the land from where our cacao grows.
All of our chocolate is made in micro batches by hand. We gently temper the chocolate to 84ºF – 115ºF maintaining the enzymes and minerals. This allows us to create amazing, decadent healthy dark chocolate in a traditional manner.

We use NUTS in our kitchen – our products made without nuts are made on the same equipment – so cannot guarantee nut free. We are working towards a second facility that will be nut free in 2017.
